Cumberland Times, Cumberland, Maryland, 23 July 1925: "Nonagernarian Dies- Mrs. Patrick Barry, aged 90 years, died at 7:30 yesterday evening at her home in Lonaconing. Mrs. Barry, who was Miss Mary Conley (sic) of Reshon, County Galloway (sic) Ireland, came to this country in 1864, resided for one year in New York and then came to Lonaconing where she has made her home ever since. She is survived by her husband, Patrick Barry, and her daughters, Mrs. Katie Stitcher (sic), of Baltimore, Mrs. Ellen Rooney, of Frostburg, Mrs. Mary Mills, of Lonaconing, and one son, John Barry, also of Lonaconing. She is also survived by thirty grandchildren, and sixteen great grandchildren. She was a member for the entire duration of her residence in Lonaconing of St. Mary's Catholic Church, from which the funeral will take place tomorrow at nine o'clock a.m. with interment following in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lonaconing."
