OSCEOLA - Michael Boner, 62, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 15th, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend. Michael was born in Mishawaka on June 13, 1950, to James and Helen (Mann) Boner. He was preceded in death by his father, James Boner, on June 4, 2012. Surviving are his loving mother, Helen Boner of Mishawaka; brothers, Steve (Betty) Boner of Wakarusa and David (Patty) Boner of Mishawaka; nieces, Kelly (Ryan) Yoder of Elkhart, Kimberly Boner of Mishawaka and Kelly Boner (fiancé, Drew Wood) of Buena Vista, CO; great-nephews, Kai Tankersley and Lincoln Yoder; aunts, Jane Manahan of Elkhart, Maxine (Frank) Iverson of Kansas City, MO, and Margaret Boner of Mishawaka; and his beloved pot-bellied pig, Pork Chop. Mike was an auto mechanic and owner of M&B Repair in Osceola. He was a member and past president of the Goshen Iron Horsemen Motorcycle Club and was a lifelong Harley-Davidson enthusiast. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm Tuesday, June 19th, at Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th St., Mishawaka, where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 20th. Pastor John Blodgett will officiate. Burial will follow at Ferrisville Cemetery, Mishawaka. Memorial contributions may be made to the Goshen Iron Horsemen.
