FROSTBURG - Miss Anna M. Byrnes, 80, of 34 South Grant Street, died Sunday at the Cumberland Nursing and Convalescent Center, where she had resided since February 1985. Born May 18,1905 in Eckhart, she was a daughter of the late Bernard D. Byrnes and Gertrude (Dundon) Byrnes. She was a retired employee of the Michael Berkowitz Company and was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church and the sodality of the church. Surviving are a brother, Joseph B. Byrnes, Calastoga, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Catherman, here, and Mrs. Rose Mary Crowe, Zihlman, and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home.
