The orange plaque is located on the wall of the Redmond Health Care Center. Dad used to do a lot of work for the nursing home. Helping with building things for the patience to help them. Such as cloth devices to add to the wheel chairs to help prevent patience from sliding out of their chairs. And different items such as that.

Virgil (Bud) Osborne of Terrebonne died June 10 after a long illness at the Redmond Health Care Center. He was 67.
Mr. Osborne was born June 18, 1933, in Montrose, Colo.
He received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy.

Bud moved to Terrebonne in 1976. He worked for Glen's Upholstery in Redmond and then became self-employed, owning and managing B & J Upholstery in Terrebonne. He retired five years ago. Survivors include his partner of 37 years, Phyllis of Terrebonne; four children Nicky, Rita, Lester and Brenda; His mother, Laura (Trone) Crandell of Rangley, Colo.; three brothers, Floyd and Jake of Rangley, Colo., and Donny of Ontario; and three sisters, Edna Lutz of Grand Junction, Colo., Carol Lee Gentrey of Evanston, Wyoming and Ruby Martin of Aztec, N.M.

He was preceded in death a brother Logan and his father John.
