years of marriage.
Virginia worked for
R.L. Polk for more than
23 years and was a member
of the First Unitarian
Church in Alton. She was
a den mother for the Cub
Scouts and was a member
of Twin Rivers
Search & Rescue in the
1980s for nine years. She
loved to travel all over
the world and enjoyed
scuba diving, rock climbing
and rappelling and
spelunking. She was an
avid reader and loved
working in her yard. She
was also a music lover.
Most of all she adored her
six grandchildren and
being with them.
