Ca. 1918, Marcus Rees Waddell and his wife Lula Bell née McCain and their children, including my toddler grandmother, and possibly including a family of one or more of Marcus' and/or Lula's siblings/cousins...? this is where it gets murky, I've forgotten whatever I once knew, and there is no one any longer to ask. I remember I had some not-to-distant cousins at one time living up in Wrightwood, CA, but I honestly don't know if related on the Waddell or McCain, or both (because Scottish families are like that) line.
