I'm Derek Fee Cochrane, born in May of 1953, just prior to the big Tornado that hit Flint, MI that killed 116 people. Our home was destroyed, but by the grace of God, my family survived. My parents are from Beaverton, MI; Vernon Leroy & Donna Marie Fox. My father was a pilot in WWII & passed away in 2002. My mother was an LPN & surgical instrument tech. for 30 yrs. She is now 84 yrs old & in great health. In 1978, I married Elizabeth Arlene Hedrick in Saline, MI. We have 4 kids: Stephanie Elizabeth, 29, Jacqueline Elise, 24, John Derek Hedrick, 21, & David Graham, 15. We live in Tecumseh, MI on 3 acres in the country - right beside Ridgeway Cemetery.
