I am a member of the Ft. Crailo chapter of the DAR. My patriot on my father's side is Levi Bliss from the Mohawk Valley out near Herkimer and Little Falls, NY. Currently I am seeking other patriots on my mother's side so that she can become a member. We are almost there.

I retired from East Greenbush Central Schools in June of 2014 as their HS librarian so I am wired for research.

Volunteering to take photos of gravestones is one way to payback to all the others who have helped with my research and for all the current people currently helping me out. So please don't hestitate to ask me to help you if your lineage is taking you to Southern Rensselaer Cty. I will be more than happy to assist.

I have also learned a safe way to clean headstones using D2 and much elbow grease.
