I love doing genealogy research. I started in the early 2000's at our local library here in east Texas. I've researched at the huge genealogy library in Houston and found so many of my husband's family there. We did hand to hand searching through books, documents and much of the info for my husband and my family comes from things we found. Ancestry has been great, but again, a lot of it is what I found. I love I could find things and that others have branched out searching for our family.
I am wife, mother to 2 adult children, 2 grandbabies so far. I search for their sakes, so that one day, if they are interested, they can find all I found for them.
Combined family names with my husband: Underwood, Snyder, Snider, Key, Huddleston, Jacquot - my French mother's side of the family, Ross, Black, Baugh, Brown, Tubb, Johnson.
