Bio
I am just a young person trying to connect families across the world. I started genealogy with church who took family history very seriously. I thought it was boring at, mostly because most of direct lineage has been done (I was looking for new ancestors) but that changes when I started checking out distant cousins. Now I've found more than 500 new relatives and I've connected at least the same amount families to my extended tree. For awhile I've been using Find A Grave as a resource to help me find the truth of my relatives and just recently I've decided to actually make my own account. My first contribution to Find A Grave was a photo request for John Woodhall, buried at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Ever since that interesting experience, I've been constantly going to that cemetery, adding new names (from the manager of the cemetery, there's at 350 names still not in Find A Grave), adding photos to graves (only 72% photographed) and creating a public plot map. Once I'm done with this long and challenging project, I'll start doing other cemeteries around me such as Blue Mountain Memorial Gardens and the Military Cemetery. I also enjoy adding new names from the obituary section in the Union-Bulletin every day the newspaper arrives. I can't wait to see what's next for me. I have no problem with anybody using my photos; if they are your ancestors, I should've have to give you permission to use them.I really hope you enjoy my contributions and you are feel to give edits, suggestions or advice. Continue doing geneology!
