Birth: Oct. 1, 1923 Death: Dec. 12, 2009 Mrs. Mary Louise White, age 86, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2009 at Monroe County Hospital. Mrs. White was a resident of Monroe Manor Nursing Home. Mrs. White had been in Monroeville for the past year. She was a former resident of Jacksonville, FL. Mrs. White was an avid golfer. She was a member of Cecil Field Ladies Golf Association, NAS Jacksonville. She was a Golf Club Ladies Champion in 1973 and 1974. Mrs. White was a homemaker and of the Methodist Faith. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Gloria Jean White. Mrs. White is survived by her husband, Pinkney B. White of Monroeville; her sisters, Mabel Menges of Silver Springs, Maryland and Carrie Lucille Sutherland of Odenton, Maryland; her sister-in-law, Hazel Gentry of Monroeville and many nieces and nephews. Graveside services for Mrs. White will be Monday, December 14, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Pineville Cemetery in Monroeville. There is no visitation scheduled for Mrs. White.
