Peter George, 78, of 1519 Texas Ave., died Tuesday at his home. A funeral service will be held at 3 P.M. Thursday at Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home. Buriel will be private.
Surviving are five sons, Joseph L., Paul E., Charles D., Roy T., and William E. George; three daughters, Mrs. W. L. Mitchell, Mrs. R.W. Gowen, and Mrs. C.D. White; 26 grand-children, and 33 great-grand-children.
