Nora Gannon was born in Roscommon Ireland in 1869 to John Gannon and Mary Meehan. She came to the U.S. approx. 1884. She lived in Brooklyn N.Y. until 1902 when she moved to Washington D.C. Her husband Patrick died in 1905. From 1905 to 1920 she was a bar room owner. At the time of her death she was survived by four sons: Thomas Bernard Folliard, Robert Joseph Folliard, John David Folliard and Alphonsus Folliard. Two daughters died as infants: Rose Marie Folliard and Regina Folliard.
