She was the wife of Louis Schiermeier, whom she married, September 27, 1883. Deceased was born February 15, 1861, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Stein.
Besides her husband, she leaves the following children: Edward Schiermeier, Mrs. Henry Juenger, Mrs. William Emery, Theodore and Walter Schiermeier and Misses Sadie and Lillian. She also leaves the following brothers and sisters: Louis, Gustave, August and Henry Stein and Mrs. Rudolph Bruegel of Columbia and Mrs. Albert Knefelkamp of Belleville. Eight grandchildren also survive.
Deceased was a member of the Lutheran Church Ladies' Aid Society.
The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. from the residence on the Carlyle Road to the Lutheran Church, thence to Walnut Hill Cemetery. Rev. Theodore Stiegmeier will officiate.
