"Charles Cerosaletti died very suddenly at his home at West Oneonta Friday morning of last week at 8 o'clock from cerebral hemorrhage. Mr. Cerosaletti was born in Castell'alfero, Italy, August 20, 1872, and married Angelo Morra, January 19, 1895, who passed away in 1942. They came to the United States thirty-four years ago and made their home in New York until they purchased a large farm at the top of Patrick hill in 1919. There they with their sons successfully operated the Belvedere farms. Surviving are four sons, Joseph, Oreste and Eugene of Morris township and Dr. Merio Cerosaletti, Madrid; three daughters, Mrs. Maurice Caldera, Williamsport, Pa., and the Misses Assunta and Palma, at home; six grandchildren, Martha, Charles Cerosaletti and Maurice Caldera, Jr., Morris township, Victor Cerosaletti, Franklin, and Barbara and Eugenia Caldera, Williamsport, Pa.; and one great-grandchild, Lucretia Cerosaletti, Franklin. He was a member of St. Mary's church and a highly respected resident in the community. The funeral was held Monday morning at 9 at the home and at 10 at St. Mary's church, Oneonta.
