PALM BEACH GARDENS - Florence K. Frowick, 79, of Palm Beach Gardens died Tuesday, May 29, 2001, in Chatsworth Nursing at PGA National, Palm Beach Gardens.
A native of Des Moines, Iowa, she lived in Palm Beach Gardens for two years. She moved there from Mariner Sands Country Club, Stuart, where she lived for 12 years.
She was a homemaker.
She enjoyed art, sculpting, golfing, flower arranging, and interior decorating.
She was a former member of Mariner Sands Country Club and Westmoreland Country Club, Wilmette, Ill.
She was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years, Lawrence H. Frowick of Palm Beach Gardens; two sons, Skip Frowick of Bristol, Wis., and Christopher T. Frowick of Chicago; a daughter, Denise Frowick Bueche and husband Ken of Orlando; a sister, Virginia Beal of Stuart; and three brothers, Jim Hoak of North Palm Beach, Tom Hoak of Boynton Beach and Dick Hoak of Scottsdale, Ariz.
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. today at Mariner Sands chapel. Dr. Robert Bedingfield will officiate.
