Mrs. James Rupert

Full of years Mrs. James Rupert, widow of James Rupert, died here on Sept 18, aged 84 years. Her maiden name was Scena Alguire and she was born in Osnabruck and lived here all her life. She leaves eight sons and five daughters. Her funeral took place from the residence of her son, Edwin, on Sunday, Sept. 20, to Lunenburg Methodist Church and Cemetery. Rev George Wood of Moulinette officiating. There was a large turn out of sympathizing friends. The pall bearers were: A.T. Shaver, James McPherson, William Moke, Charles Wyatt, John Moke, and W.S. Robb. Her daughters, Mrs. John Wert, Ogdensburg, N.Y., and Mrs. W. Wood, of Morriston, N.Y. were present.
