Diane Silipigni, 21, of Colts Neck, New Jersey, died Wednesday at Grand Strand Hospital, Myrtle Beach, S.C., after being struck by a car while jogging. She was a student at the University of South Carolina, Conway, and a 1983 graduate of Marlboro High School. Miss Silipigni was a communicant of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Colts Neck.
