A native of Pearl River County, MS, he was a Machinist and a member of Union Baptist Church. Lionel was Commander and Chief of the VFW Picayune Post. He enjoyed cruises, fishing, cooking, and being with his family. Lionel previously owned Caesar's Palace in Caesar Community. He was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and friend who will be truly missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruben Gaston Lee and Rebecca Pearson Lee; and his sister, Vernell Bilbo. Survivors include his wife, Robbie Kay Lomax Lee; his children, Tony (Nancy) Quates, Ranell Fulton, Kellye (Brandon) Burks, Martha (Josh) Boyd, and Beverly Balius; 9 grandchildren, Sarah, Lee, Jason, Mackenzie, Madison, Marissa, Braiden, Kylie, and Cherie; and 2 great grandchildren.
