Sadie is survived by her husband of 46 years, Max Plotzky, two sons, Herman Platt and Jacob "Jack" Plotsky, and one grandson, Franklin Platt.
Her siblings, who always called her Scheindel, were Ryfka Chudesa Eisman (1878 - 1878), Abraham Eisman (1878 - 1957, Israel), Fayga Hinda Eisman (b. 1881, died around 1941 in the Holocaust), David Eisman (b. 1884), Ruchla Eisman (b. 1885), Samuel Eisman, and Liba Eisman Hirsch (b. 1894, died around 1941 in the Holocaust).
