Maria Maydin Aldana, 92 of Port Orchard, Washington died in Bremerton, Washington on October 26, 2006. She was born on April 9, 1914 in Manila, Philippines to Angel & Aurea (Aquino) Maydin. She attended school in Manila. Maria married Francisco Caguntas Aldana in Baguio City, Philippines on January 10, 1964. He preceded her in death on December 12, 1982.
Maria was a homemaker who loved cooking, traveling, cats and dogs, watching soap opera's, and playing tennis - she was actually a good tennis player. She was a member of St. Gabriel Catholic Church in Port Orchard.
Surviving are sons Ross (Lanie) Aldana of Port Orchard and Chris Aldana of Black Diamond, Washington; daughter Salva Aldana of Black Diamond; brother Manny (Clarita) Miraflor of Diamond Bar, California; sisters Connie Cruz of Chino, California and Dading Posadas of Manila; and grandchildren Francisco, Michael, Janelle, Rianna, and Zoren.
She was preceded in death by sisters Jacinta M. Abad and Maria O. Mina, and brother Totoy Miraflor.
