She was born to the late Henry and Cordelia Jarvis Sullivan on May 22, 1919 in Laurel County. She was a homemaker and a member of Laurel River United Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Oscar Williams; four brothers, Dave Edwards, Clay Sullivan, Clyde Sullivan and Claude Sullivan; and four sisters, Lucy Hendrick, Mae Smith, Ruby Magee and Roxie Jackson.
Burial was at Cumberland Memorial Gardens, Lily.
