She also appeared in three slasher B-movies: "Blood Frenzy" (1987), "Iced" (1988), and "Savage Harbor" (1987), and two comedy horror movies, "Way Down in Chinatown" (2014) and "Doctor Spine" (2015). She was born in the Marshall Islands to parents serving in the U.S. Navy, who divorced shortly after she was born. She was raised in Hawaii before moving to Los Angeles with her mother. Her mother passed away when she was a teenager. Loring married for the first time at the age of fifteen and had one daughter from that marriage, which ended shortly thereafter. She had another daughter from her second marriage. She had two subsequent marriages without children. She enjoyed being a grandmother.
