Singer-Songwriter, Musician, and Record Producer. He is best remembered for his work with The Beach Boys. In the 1970s, he formed the band Cherry, which was named after the street he lived on. Likewise, he also formed the groups The Pranks and The Reverie Rhythm Rockers. In 1979, the latter of the two was hired by Beach Boys band member Mike Love to tour with him through December 1981 due to Carl Wilson leaving the Beach Boys to pursue a solo career. However, Wilson returned to the band in May 1982. Despite this, Foskett continued to tour with them. In addition to The Beach Boys, Foskett also collaborated with Jeff Beck, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney, The Everly Brothers, Chicago, America, Heart, Roger McGuinn, Roy Orbison, Michael McDonald, and other renowned artists and bands. In 2012, he toured with The Beach Boys during the 50th Anniversary Reunion Tour. He also released numerous solo albums such as "Thru My Window" (1996), "Christmas at the Beach" (1997), "Twelve and Twelve" (1998), "Vintage Summer" (2019), and "Voices" (2019).
