MRS. DELIA GONYON DIES THIS MORNING.
Complications of Diseases is Fatal to Owosso Woman.
Mrs. Delia Gonyon, aged 68 years, died in the home of her son Harry Gonyon, Cass street, at 12:25 o'clock this morning after a year's illness with a complication of diseases. Funeral services will be held from the Jennings funeral home, Saturday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. George W. Lawrence of the Baptist church will officiate and interment will be made in Hill Crest Memorial cemetery.
Mrs. Gonyon was born in Canada, July 26, 1862, and after her marriage to Mr. Gonyon at the age of 19 years, she came to Ohio where they made their home for 16 years. They later came to Michigan, and since the death of Mr. Gonyon seven years ago, Mrs. Gonyon had lived in Owosso.
she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Frank Peters of Dundee, three sons, Adolph of Alberta, Fred of Pittsville, Wis. and Harry of this city. One niece, Dora Willard and a nephew Ira Hill, both of this city also survive.
