She was born in Memphis, Tenn., and moved to Delaware County as a child. She attended DeSoto school.
Mrs. Cultice was formerly employed as a milliner in several Muncie stores. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and Women of the Moose.
Surviving are three nieces, Mrs. Warren (Joan) Trowbridge, Muncie, Mrs. Stewart (Barbara) Chase, Houston, Texas, and Mrs. Don (Betty) Muscarella, San Fernando Valley, Calif.
Services will be held at Meeks Mortuary at 11:30 a.m. Monday with Rev. Stanley Peterson officiating. Interment will follow in Union Cemetery near DeSoto. Friends may call at the mortuary from 2 to 5 Sunday and before the service Monday. Women of the Moose will conduct memorial services at the mortuary at 2 p.m. Sunday.
