He was married in 1850 to Miss Emily Lillie and to this union four children were born, as follows: Eliza J. Watters, of Coopersville; Fredrick A. Lee, of Grand Rapids; Henry Lee and Lovica A. Lee, both deceased.
Besides an invalid wife he left two children, one half-brother and one half-sister and a large circle of friends to mourn the loss of a kind, loving husband, father, brother and friend.
