Linda Olson Taylor, aka Taylor, passed away May 2 , 2012. Born Dec. 13, 1948, in Long Beach, Calif., she was raised in Brockton, Mass., and lived happily in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. For over 25 years, Linda fostered a flourishing career in advertising, marketing and public relations in the Palm Beaches. Her commitment to doing the right thing and ensuring everyone had equal access to life filled with happiness was inspiring. She was the mischief maker, drama queen and forever cool. She is survived by her soul mate, life partner, and best friend of 34 years, Kenneth Rower. She was the loving mother to her darling daughter, Tobyn Tracy Lee and her husband Corry; cherished grandmother of Trace, Coby and Chaz, all of Lake City, Fla.; loving sister of Frances Burke of Sebring, Fla., and Nancy DeAtley of Boynton Beach, Fla.; sister-in-law of Maureen Olson of Maine. She was the favorite aunt to her nieces, Michele Burke of Colorado, Katie Labossiere of Boca Raton, Fla., Abigail DeAtley of New York; and nephews, Ross Burke of Orlando, Fla., Francis Olson of Maine, Steven Hart and Jason Hart of Boca Raton, Fla. She was predeceased by brother, Francis (Gene) Olson, mother, Viola Olson, and the many aunts that helped shape her life. A celebration of her life and goodbye gathering for family and friends will be held at Linda and Kens home in Florida July 21, 2012.
