Hilton was a United States Army World War II Veteran. He was also a member of St. John Baptist Church.
Hilton was united in holy matrimony to Lula Andrews and they remained together until his death. He departed this life Thursday, November 2, 1993 at Park Place Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ulysses Richardson and Roy Richardson; and one sister, Mabel Richardson-Gray.
Those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Lula Andrews-Richardson; three daughters, Geraldine Richardson-Hunt, Charlotte Richardson-Hood, and Martha Richardson-Thomas; two sons, Theodore Richardson and Terry Richardson; one sister, Gladys Richardson-Brisco; one brother, Freddie Richardson; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
