MRS. J. B. McKinney DEAD

BURIAL SATURDAY IN SPRINGDALE CEMETERY

At Indianapolis, Thursday, Mrs. Julia Bachman McKinney peacefully passed away from this world. She was born at Madison, in the old Bachman homestead, on First street, part of which has been very lately torn down. There she was married to John McKinney, for several years a resident of this city, and engaged in the hardware business in the early seventies they moved to Indianapolis, which city has since been their home, and when she was left a widow several years ago. Of their seven children, three daughters and one son survive, the mother, to mourn a loss that can never be replaced.

Two sisters, Mrs. John B. Ross, of this city, and Miss Narcissa Bachman, of Indianapolis, are also left to grieve over her departure.

Mrs. McKinney's life was one of rare, unselfish devotion to the comfort and happiness of her family. Her own friends, as well as those of her children, will recall, with pleasure, her fine social qualities, and remember, most delightfully the happy hours spent in her hospitable home.

The funeral will take place upon the arrival of the morning train Saturday. Interment in Springdale.
